Shipping

  • Cheaper shipping option

    You, the buyer, has the option for cheaper shipping for smaller orders, shipped by letters. This cheaper shipping option comes with the downside of not being tracable.

    This means, that if the letter gets lost on its way, there's no way of knowing where it is.

    -

    CCE will not be able to provide any insurance or refunds for letters lost with this option.

    CCE is not responsible for lost letters.

  • Tracked shipping

    You also have the option for a safer and tracable shipping with packages. This option comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to you.

    This option is more expensive, but comes with benefits such as insurance and possible refunds.

    If the package is marked as "recieved", but is not, you have to first take it with your postal provider.

  • Order processing times

    I package and ship your order, normally, between 1 to 2 days after fulfilled payment. If I have to restock a product there might be another day or two.
    There are videos when I leave the letters in the mailbox, if you want to see that your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping times

    Shipping times varies depending on what country the package will be shipped to and of what type of shipping option you choose.

    Normal times can vary between 7 to 14 business days. Tracked shipping goes faster than normal shipping. The products are sent from Sweden.

    Some letters might take as long as 4 weeks to arrive depending if the package gets stopped in customs, or similar. CCE is not responsible for customs or possible custom costs.

Extras and goodies

  • No waste

    I believe that crafters should use every inch of material to not be wasteful. So here at CCE I always add a few extras in your order, normally stickers. These stickers can either be slightly damaged ones or just extras to fill out the printing paper. These are normally smaller ones than the ones in the store.

    It can also be bookmarks or jewellery!

  • Larger orders

    Larger orders will recieve additional goodies and extras. I try to do a 5-10% value, and sometimes even higher!

Refund policies

  • Returns

    If you, the buyer, are not satisfied with the product, you can contact me to apply for a refund.

    If the product is unused and in new condition it can be sent back, and after inspection you will recieve the money back for the item but not the shipping cost for your order.

    You will have to buy the shipping to CCE yourself. To be extra sure it arrives I recommend tracked shipping.

  • Faulty products

    If you product is faulty or damaged please send me a message to apply for either a refund or replacement.

    Send in pictures of the damaged product to begin the refund process.

    Depending on the condition of the item your will recieve a partial or full refund.

  • Hand made products

    My items are not perfect. All my shops' items are handcrafted and are not from a factory. They are made in my own apartment from scratch. This means that there will probably be more or less imperfections in my items and not every product will look the same. By buying from me you're probably OK with that, but if you find that your product is borderline broken, just send me a message and I will do my best to meet your needs!
