Refund policy
If you, the buyer, are not satisfied with the product, you can contact me to apply for a refund. If the product is unused and in new condition it can be sent back, and after inspection you will recieve the money back for the item but not the shipping cost for your order. -You will have to buy the shipping to CCE yourself. To be extra sure it arrives I recommend tracked shipping.
If you product is faulty or damaged please send me a message to apply for either a refund or replacement. Send in pictures of the damaged product to begin the refund process. -Depending on the condition of the item your will recieve a partial or full refund.
