By purchesing from this website, you agree to these terms of service.

CCE will not be able to provide any insurance or  refunds for letters lost with the non-tracable/cheaper shipping option. CCE is not responsible for lost letters.

If the tracable package is marked as "recieved", but is not in your possession, you have to first take it with your postal provider. 

Some letters might take as long as 4 weeks to arrive depending if the package gets stopped in customs, or similar. CCE is not responsible for customs or possible custom costs.
